recently presented with a token of BIBBA's appreciation by BIBBA President
Ken Ibbotson (right) at the AGM held at Stoneleigh. Albert retired as Honorary
Secretary after 19 years of outstanding service to BIBBA and its
members. David Allan was
elected as the new Secretary, the second time he has served the
